		<description>My mom is Korean and she loves eating these things. I finally decided to give it a try and I love it. The closest thing i can compare the taste to is oysters, but way better, and with a "minty" flavor like you said.</description>

you can thaw it (in a refrigerator), and then eat it raw, dipped in either soysauce and wasabi, or in gochujang and vinegar.  your choice.
