sunderella
sun dae (pronounced soon-deh) is a korean sausage made with rice, pig’s intestinal casing and… blood. it sounds disgusting, and it looks disgusting. but, at times it can be delicious. like usually when you’re drunk or famished. anyway, i came across this lovely food art using sun dae as its material. the artist calls it “sunderella”.

can pigs parts turn into something beautiful?

yes!

Everything tastes relatively better when washed down with a cheap bottle of soju. Actually, sundae is excellent when served as a “국밥”.
